If we didn't receive your meter reading, or you don't have a smart meter, we will base your bill on estimated usage. 

If you have a smart meter, sometimes we have problems communicating with it, or receiving information. This is usually temporary.

If you’ve received an estimated bill, but would like a bill from an actual meter reading, then you can send us the new reading within 7 business days of the date of the bill, and we’ll send you an amended bill for the actual power you’ve used.
