If you set up a recurring credit card payment arrangement with Meridian using our paper form before 21 August 2014, your payments won't show up in all parts of the customer site. Don't worry; your recurring payments are still being made.
To fix this issue, you need to log in to the customer site and set up new recurring payments. These will immediately replace your old recurring payment setting and you won't end up paying twice.
If you want to change the credit card you use for recurring payments, you can do this in the customer site too.
