Electricity charges are applied to a point of connection (usually an individual property) when an electricity meter is read. If you have more than one property under your account, we're likely to do meter readings at different times. We will only create your final bill when all meters have been read and all readings are reordered. Then you will receive one bill covering all electricity charges and a due date will be applied to this total.
Your bill may also have charges that are not due to be paid until your next bill has been generated. These may include charges such as reminder fees, meter change fees or paper bill fees. If you would like to discuss the setup on your account or get more information, email email@example.com
