It may take a few weeks for new locations to appear in usage graphs and for usage data and Notifications to become available.

This is common in the following situations:

  • Brand new location with a smart meter just hooked up to the grid
  • New smart meter installed at one of your locations
  • You've just joined Meridian with some smart metered properties
  • You've just signed up to the customer site.

In all these situations, it takes a while before we're supplied with the information and data to set your location up in the customer site.
