Yes, we have a 'high bill alert' notification that you can turn on, in the Alerts section of our customer site.

We will send a high bill alert if it looks like your next bill is going to cost more than expected.

You can set the threshold for how much more a bill should be before we alert you, but we default this to $100 more than a previous bill.

Be aware that how soon we can send the alert depends on how long it takes for your meter data to reach us. If there is a delay or a lot of missing data, alerts won't trigger, or may trigger too late to prevent high usage.
