Please check that you do not have your keyboard caps lock on. Your customer site password is case sensitive. This means you need to use capital and lower case letters exactly as you first entered them when you created the password.

Check the password rules (below) to see if they help to remind you of your password.

For security reasons, if you make five failed attempts to put your password in during a 15-minute period, you will need to wait 15 minutes before trying again.

If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it. Select the 'Forgotten your password' link on the log in page.

Your chosen new password must:

  • have no spaces
  • be at least 8 characters long
  • be a maximum of 256 characters long
  • include at least one number
  • include only these valid characters: A-Z, a-z, 0-9, #, $, @, underscore and full-stop.

You will need to enter the password twice, and it must be exactly the same both times.
