If you have recently contacted us to close an account that has no outstanding balance, you will be unable to view the account after 10 days. If you still have an outstanding balance, you will be able to view this account for up to 90 days, until the balance has been paid.

You will no longer be able to see your account if the meter has been changed to a non-standard meter like prepay, unmetered, or Time of Use (TOU).
