Yes you can - you might have either a joint account (where there are two names on the bill), or the person set up as an extra contact on your account (so they can talk to us on your behalf).
Joint account holder
If you'd like to remove someone who is a joint account holder, then we will need to shut the current account and set up a new one - you'll still have the same customer number, and access to your previous bills, but you will need to set up your payment method again.
If you'd like to remove an extra contact, then we can do that easily for you, and soon you'll be able to do it yourself in our customer site.
